Beauty Tried And Tested: The Best Blonzers
Don't fancy splashing out on a seperate bronzer and blusher? Then LOOK's very own Beauty Editor Sophie Beresiner and LOOK reader Clare Ross are here to help, as they've scoured the high street to put the best blonzers to the test...
- Beauty UK 5 Shade Blusher in No 2, £2.99
Beauty Editor: The best thing about this was that I could choose the balance of blush and bronze. The white section made a good highlighter, too. Clare: This was my favourite. It added a lovely shimmer to my cheeks and I liked the fact you could use the colours together or go for either a pink cheek or bronzed look. Beauty Score 5/5
- Pixi Sheer Cheek Gel in Sun Kissed, £12
Beauty Editor: This really surprised me. It was brown in the tube, but came out a beautiful peachy shade on my skin. Great for pale skin in need of some colour. Clare: In the tube this looks scary but when it’s on, it’s so subtle that you need to put a fair bit on. I think this is good for a natural day look. Beauty Score 3/5
- Miners Lip & Cheek Colour in Mocha, £3.99
Beauty Editor: The perfect mix of blusher and bronzer. I patted this creamy shade onto the apples of my cheeks and it made my skin look instantly bright and fresh. Clare: This gave a nice strong flush to my cheeks but looked quite cakey over my base. Although the colour lasted all day, it felt a bit clammy on my cheeks after a while. Beauty Score 3/5
- By Terry Sheer Rose De Rose Liquid Blush in Amber Rose, £38
Beauty Editor: The liquid consistency made this easy to smooth on without any fuss and I loved the pearlescent finish. Put it on your beauty wish list now. Clare: This made my skin look smooth and gave it a lovely glow. There was quite a lot of shimmer in it, so use sparingly. Beauty Score 4/5
