Just over 12 weeks ago the pop princess was announced as the brands newest spokesmodel for Viva Glam, and today her highly coverted lip colours will be available to purchase on MAC's webiste, the proceeds of which will go towards HIV & Aids sufferers. Finally, a beauty investment we can feel good about.
MAC origionally broke the news via periscope with Grande, who explained the inspo behind her collection: ‘We have a dark plum lipstick to represent the bad girl in you and a light pink lip gloss to represent the good girl, because I think you should be able to play up both sides.”
The 22-year-old follows in the Viva Glam footsteps of Miley Cyrus and Rihanna who both released a limited edition lippy earlier this year.
Whilst Miley’s was a girly pink, and RiRi’s was a sultry red, it seems that Grande’s deep purple, mattte lipstick, £15.50, will be taking her to the dark side. If you’re not keen on a vampy dark lip, her shimmering baby pink lipgloss, £14.50, is the perfect pretty pink shade for you, and a must-have for January’s frosty weather.
Grande has already launched a super successful perfume (Ari by Ariana Grande), so it’s no doubt that these MAC lippies will be a quick sell-out.
